Step 1: Cut frame and glue

1. Let all MDF panels cut at the hardware store.

Second Sand all the edges with 180-grit sandpaper.

Third Wear on the top edges of the plates (1 and 2) some wood glue, screw then the side parts (3) to the bottoms (1 and 2). This must be flush to the rear edges so that the top floor can accommodate 10 mm the aluminum rail.

Step 2: make holes

4th Now fill in the screw holes and sand the surfaces - if the filler has dried - smooth.

5th Drill now the holes for the wall hanging bracket, as indicated on the drawing. Warning: Not too deep drill! Then you hit the wall hanging bracket Gently with a hammer.

6th If you have removed all parts thoroughly from dust, paint them with Genius PRO undercoat. Since the edges of MDF panels more color absorb than the areas, swipe it twice.

Step 3: Grind edges

7th Saw two aluminum profiles over a length of 160 mm from (6), and clean the cutting edges with 180-grit sandpaper. Glue to then in each case on an inner leg of the rails a strip of foam sealing tape.

8th. Cut the polystyrene sheet with a utility knife at the specified value (5), and sand the edges smooth. First with 180er-, then with 240-grit sandpaper.

9th After the MDF parts are dried, sand it smooth with sandpaper 240er-. Remove the sanding dust and brush Genius PRO Universal coat evenly with the paint roller.

Step 4: Finish cabinet and hang

10th When the paint is dry, screw on the rear wall (4), so that it terminates flush on the outside. Then glue the aluminum rails (6) mounting glue
forward to the edges.

11th Now transfer the measure of the wall hanging bracket to the desired location on the wall. Drill the holes, then you hit the anchors and turn the wall hooks so that they look just a little bit out of the wall.

12th If you have suspended the showcase, slide the polystyrene plate (5) in the rails - that's it!
